Reading Books Can Lead To Longer Lifespan

One key to living a longer life could be reading. Researchers say those who read books are less likely to die.

The study published in the journal Social Science and Medicine finds that those who read for up to three-and-a-half hours a week are 17 percent less likely to die over the next dozen years. Those who read even more than that are 23 percent less likely to die.
